"During 2015 and 2016, French composer / vocalist Muriel Louveau created a series of multi-layered voice-oriented explorations after meeting with American multidisciplinary artist and poet Elizabeth Hayes Christopher in New York City, and being inspired by her poetry. Later (in 2017 and 2018), the pieces were featured as a specific sonic installation in a listening room set in darkness at Five Myles gallery in Brooklyn, NYC. As the title indicates, this immersive pictorial, yet meditative artistic experience defying genres and categories transports the visitor to unknown territories of the mind, soul and ear. It is my sincere hope that far more people discover, appreciate and support the deep, compelling and numinous work of this talented introspective artist." -
